USER CONTENT AND RIGHTS

By submitting User Content, you grant BRDG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses contained in this section and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

BRDG does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRDG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of or inability to use the services.

In no event shall BRDG's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or the inability to use the services exceed the amount paid by you to BRDG for the services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRDG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
